Bitter Chocolate

In a traditional cocoa farming community in Ghana, the implementation of an organic farming project by a European entrepreneur of African descent tests the power dynamics within the community, as well as the dreams of young farmers to escape to Europe.

Bitter Chocolate had its world premiere at the 28th Thessaloniki International Film Festival in the John Cassavetes Hall.
